Stay or Leave?
After close to 3 years I’m working in the current company, now I’m getting a new job offer from another multi-national company. The best of all, 2 offers coming at the same time with better pay & benefits! As contra, tougher job & greater responsibility. Hmm… Thinking I’m still thinking… can’t make up my mind… should I be regretted if I stay or leave? Will I able to full-filled my new responsibilities? Bunch of questions are flooding in my mind now. I always want a steady & happy life, I’m not that kind of person who’s madly chasing for better life & status. A simple & happy life, that’s well enough for me! Or make it simple, I just want to be happy! Sometimes, changes is a tricky terms. You’ll getting comments from someone who said you’re stubborn & unmotivated. If you did, then someone complained you’re too aggressive & ego. Somehow, we must do something if we really want to pursue a better life for myself & my family. So I think, it’s time
